John Macharia
Founder & Managing Director

John holds a Master of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Nairobi, with Shared Facility for Specialization and Electives at University of Pretoria, South Africa and a Bachelor of Agribusiness Management from Egerton University, Kenya.
John is a research and evidence specialist with expertise in research design, monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, policy analysis and socio-economic research.
His work spans areas including agriculture and food systems, health, gender and social development, youth and labour markets, digital transformation and public policy.
He brings together quantitative and qualitative research approaches with data-driven analysis to help organisations understand complex problems and make evidence-informed decisions.
